Invitation to seminar marking the World Day against the Death Penalty this Friday (with free lunch)

ENGLISH:
Almost 70 states worldwide still apply the death penalty. The European Union is fighting to put an end to this practice. In cooperation with the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights, the European Commission Delegation to Norway and Iceland invite you to a seminar this Friday!
